How to Fix "Can't Delete Videos from Video Album on iPhone"
If you find that you can’t delete your videos from your video album and the little trash can is gray, there is also another way to fix this. The problem is probably that you synced these photos using iTunes, and so you can’t delete them without iTunes. Try this:
Step 1: After you connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes, click on your device in iTunes. Choose “Photos” from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click “Sync photos from,” then click “Selected Albums.” After that, you can deselect the albums that you want to delete from your iPhone, then click apply.
